Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all seals intact, and accompanied by the original invoice. Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return, except in cases where the product itself is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened supplement containers, products with broken seals (unless defective), products purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective).

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@khandkehealthcareservices.in with your order ID and photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For online payments, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (we will contact you for bank details).

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at customercare@khandkehealthcareservices.in with your Order ID, the reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged. Our team will provide a return address and pickup instructions within 24 hours.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via email. Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, you may return the product upon delivery.
