Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details via email and SMS.
Delivery Timeline
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days. Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days. Remote or rural areas: up to 10 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors.
Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and XpressBees. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location for the fastest possible service.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order from the "My Orders" section in your account or via the courier partner's website. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will make up to 2 more attempts. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to us. We will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
